What does "Package Free" mean?
Sustainability is a spectrum, and our goal is always to reduce waste wherever possible. We work hard to avoid plastic in our products and shipping materials and only use it when absolutely necessary. Our team continually looks for better materials and solutions that minimize environmental impact while maintaining product safety, quality, and accessibility.
SHIPPING
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We want to make it easier for you to reduce your waste, no matter where you are! All International shipments are shipped Duties and Taxes unpaid. The customer is responsible for payment of those fees.
At this time, we do not ship liquids internationally.
When will my order arrive?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 6–10 business days. During peak seasons, shipping and processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email or SMS notification with a tracking number once your order ships.
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
If you provided contact information at checkout, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation when your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once the package ships.
What do I do if my package is lost or delayed?
Before contacting us, please check with neighbors and around your delivery location. If your package cannot be located, contact support@packagefreeshop.com within 30 days of the order date so we can investigate with the carrier.
What happens if my order is returned to Package Free Shop?
If a package is returned to our warehouse, our team will contact you and help determine the best resolution.
Can I change my address after I place an order?
Please contact support@packagefreeshop.com with your order number and updated address. We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
Can I combine two orders into one shipment?
At this time we cannot combine multiple orders into a single shipment, though we are exploring this option for the future.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
Because of the environmental impact of shipping products back and forth, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will review the situation on a case‑by‑case basis.
Why doesn't Package Free accept returns?
Online retail returns create significant environmental impact through additional shipping, packaging waste, and emissions. Instead, we encourage thoughtful purchasing and are always available to answer product questions before you order.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel an order, please email support@packagefreeshop.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellations if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.

GIFT CARDS
Where can I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased here and can be redeemed for products available on packagefreeshop.com. You will receive your gift card by email within a few hours. Please check your spam folder if you have difficulty finding it. If there is a balance left over, pay with your credit card or debit card. Gift cards are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
