HOW DOES THE NEW SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM WORK AT PACKAGE FREE?

Select the Subscribe & Save option on a product’s page when adding it to your cart to create a subscription. When adding a subscription item to your cart, you will also choose the frequency you would like to receive the item. By subscribing, you will save 15-10% off on all products, and free shipping if your subscription order total is $59+! With our new program, you can now add one time items to fulfillments of your subscription to reduce shipping emissions. All subscriptions must be fulfilled twice before canceling.

You will receive an email and text 3 days before every subscription fulfillment so you have plenty of time to make adjustments!

HOW CAN I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

When you purchase a subscription, an account is not automatically created. To manage your subscription, create an account or log in to your existing account using the email used to create the subscription order. Once you log in, you will have the option to view and manage your subscription(s). You can update the next order date, pause(?), or cancel your subscription after the second fulfillment. From your account, you will also be able to add one time items to an upcoming subscription order!

WHAT HAPPENED TO MY EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION?

Your existing subscription has been transferred to our new subscription program! You should be able to log in to your account and manage your subscription even if it was created prior to April 2021 when we paused our previous subscription program.
